About Guinto's Helping Hands

Guinto's Helping Hands,  A Component Fund of The Community Foundation of Carroll County, shall support the efforts of the donor to establish a fund from its supporters which will provide gifts, toys, learning materials and tools to sick and needy children in local hospitals, community centers,   and boy/girls clubs to brighten and support both the children and families in their time of need.  The intention of Guinto's Helping Hands is to serve children in need throughout the year while they are experiencing a medical or economic hardship.  Guinto's Helping Hands is determined to improve the lives of children and their families while they work through medical or financial hardships in their lives.
